1. Service Description

SignalVote is a campaign management platform that helps political campaigns organize canvassing operations, manage volunteer schedules, track voter outreach, and coordinate team activities. The Service includes optional calendar integrations, task management, and communication tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including election laws and regulations.
• Upload or distribute voter data, personal information, or other content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, campaigns, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Campaign Data

Campaign data (voter contacts, canvassing notes, task assignments, shift schedules) belongs to the campaign organization that created it. As a campaign member:

• You may only access and use campaign data for the purposes authorized by your campaign organization.
• Campaign managers control member access, roles, and permissions within their campaign.
• Campaign data is isolated between campaigns — you cannot access data from campaigns you are not a member of.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. By connecting a third-party service:

• You authorize us to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SignalVote and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalVote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of campaigns, or election outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in whichSignalVote operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
